The natural chemical balance of grapes lets them ferment without the addition of sugar, acid, enzymes, or other nutrients. Grape wine is produced by fermenting crushed grapes using various types of yeast. Yeast consumes the sugars in the grapes and converts them into alcohol. Pianissimo Malbec Rose, is a organic wine from Argentina. I love rose's but when i try this particular rose, there is something different, something really spectacular. I serve it, I swirled it, I smell it, and in the nose was really sweet but when i try it was a explosion of flavors nothing sweet. Fruity, kind a rustic and notes of a lot of berries deep plum. Definitely one more for my favorites. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteI know this is a Glass of wine with Jesus, but let me told you i just made Raspberry Mojito and is awesome! the recipe is a bottle of Bacardi (750 ml), a cup of raspberry's, 1/3 cup of Mint. 4 tablespoon of sugar, club Soda. Directions: Broken up mint, and the raspberry's mix with the sugar, rum and serve in a glass with ice add club soda and cheers! perfect for a hot day!
ReplyDeleteEmeri Moscato. Made with a really sweet grape called muscat, this wine "One of my Favorites" is delicious, is creamy with peach flavors, refreshing and touch of citric full of bobbles. is definitely one of my favorites. Cheers!
